I wanted to take an opportunity to write a glowing reference letter on behalf of David Besser and Waterford Luxury Homes. My family just underwent the process of building our home. We chose to go with Mr. Besser as our builder because of the personalized attention and genuine commitment we received from our first meeting with him. We are very happy to report, several months later, that we are extremely happy with our choice of builder, and more importantly, our beautiful home.

Throughout the whole building process, Mr. Besser did everything possible to make sure our home was the lovely home of our dreams. Our home was completed in a timely manner, and the final product is perfect. We have a beautiful home with all of the bells and whistles we wanted (scraped hardwood floors, beautiful tile, stainless steel appliances, vaulted ceilings, cedar beams and posts, and stone work on the exterior and the fireplace just to name a few). Everything was built solid, and built to last.
